My printer stopped printing after I changed the cartridges. I can't copy or print from the computeer. It says its printing, but blank pages come out with no ink or any printed matter on the pages.
Please help! Thanks!

Let’s first try to clean the print head of your printer. Try the steps below:
- Make sure to load the input tray with plain, white paper.
- On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, then touch “Setup” (Gear icon).
- Touch “Tools”, then touch “Clean Cartridges”.
- Examine the print quality on the “Print Quality Diagnostic report”.
- If the colors are printed, click “No”. You can stop troubleshooting.
- If the print quality is unacceptable, click “Yes” when prompted to perform the next level of cleaning.
