I wanted to print a document out today but the paper came out clean. Afterwards, there was a error message that said " There is a problem with the printhead.." Can anybody tell me what to do?
- Let me know if this product is available for a recall, the warranty has expired. The previous recall was in 2017.
PS>>> I looked this up online and I found that there was a recall for the Officejet Pro 6835 due to printhead issues. I'm concerned because it does say that the recall was in 2017. I hope I can get this printer fixed.

@Jason-_-H, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
To check the products which are in HP Recall list, refer to this document. Unfortunately, the HP Officejet 6835 is currently not in the list.
Reset the printer
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
Update the printer firmware

Unfortunately, these did not work, just to let you know, the previous recall was I think back in like 2016 or 2017 and my printer was purchased about this time as well. Is there any way to find out when my printer was made because there were documents online from HP that my printer model was eligible for the previous recall.
Edit: The link to the HP recall document is here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04839288

I'm sorry about bothering you with all this but I kind of got stuck after the 4th step. So after I entered my serial number and selected my country this is what I see:
What should I do from here?
This is what I see after entering my printer's serial number. I just drew across the serial number cause I didn't know if I should leave it or what...
