Hello everyone,
after checking the specification of the printer i found that the Media weight supported is between 60 to 105 g/m², while most of the best heat transfer papers are more than 110 g/m2,
is that going to damage the printer, if yes what should i do ?
Many thanks for the usual support,

Hi,
If you try to print on a paper that is heavier than allowed you will have a paper feed issue, and paper jam problems.
When printing paper goes from tray to printing area and bends in the shape of a C, if the paper is too heavy it can bend and the printer will jam. If you use a paper that is a little heavier than allowed and it passes the bending you might expect a thick paper moving harder/slower trough printing area and the result will be wrongly placed print.
You will need to find a transfer paper that isn't too heavy up to 120-150 gsm will probably print fine, everything over that weight you might expect problems.
