HP Officejet Pro 8500A Plus e-All-in-One Printer - A910g
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have two questions:

Question 1 - I read that user cfxcorp tried cleaning the "printhead carriage alignment sensor" that yielded a better result. Could cfxcorp or anyone else please explain the proper process to access the alignment sensor?

Question 2 - I would also like to ask for a video or written instruction on how to properly disassemble my Officejet Pro 8500A Plus, so I can clean all my ink lines and connectors. The scanner lid gets in the way.

Thanks in advance and for even reading!

The internal parts of this model printer are non-removable. Hence, there is no service guide available.
