Lately when I try to print something, the printer shows me this "Load Paper In Tray", even though there is paper in the tray. The paper is brand new, in good condition. After getting this error, I take the paper out, then put it back in. The printer will then "ding" and show me "document loaded". However, it ultimately comes back to this screen. I tried doing a 60 second reset, and I tried to look at the rollers but there isn't a way to get in there without breaking the printer.
