Hi, I have been days on this. My printer will not print from my Mac. it will run a test page etc but when i try and print it says " The printer configuration is incorrect or the printer no longer exists"
I have clean installed it several times with all drivers but it refuses to print. Any help would be great. I have searched the net and tried all the common problems but to no avail.
many thanks
Quinton

@Quinton7, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I understand you are not able to print from your Mac. To assist you better, do you get any errors while trying to print?
- Which application are you trying to print from?
- Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
- If you are able to print test pages from the MAC to the printer, it means the connectivity is fine.
Update the printer firmware
Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your Mac.
Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
Also, check for any software updates on Mac
Click the Apple icon > About This Mac > Software Update and install any available update.
Follow the steps till step 7 on this document to uninstall all HP printer drivers. Install the printer using AirPrint driver as shown in step 2 of this document.
Try printing.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
