I’m using my hp envy 5055 printer and it isn’t printing right. The colors are very weak on the page and black isn’t even showing up. I just changed the ink to 2 brand new cartridges and it’s still doing the same. I tried the cleaning thing and print quality page and alignment and nothing is working. Still coming out like this. Pics are attached.

I've now bought my THIRD HP that FAILS time after time. I read these trouble shooting tips and NOTHING fixes them.I've come to the conclusion that HP doesnt care, they just want you to buy another. I cannot express enough my disgust with both their product and support. If it means I never print another thing, I'm DONE with HP.

@Ness5 and @Paula2020, Welcome to HP Support Community!
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
