The printers status is error for 3 printheads, it could be that the print heads are defective ( more likely) or that the printer is defective ( less likely). Those 11 printheads are obsolete and if you manage to find some new old stock they would be very expensive because of the high demand for them.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
