When I'm trying to print / scan a page instead of it I'm getting the serial number,service Id , fw revision , flows revision, patch revision total engine page count , asci:00000000,fb page count :0/0, errorcode :00000000,these are getting printed everytime

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.

 

Also, update the printer firmware by clicking on this link.
