Hp deskjet 2135 all in one

I have put new black ink 680 in my printer but no color one. But my printer now printing test paper before any print.

I see from your post that you are having issues with the printer printing test pages before printing any print after replacing the black ink cartridge. No worries, I'll be glad to assist you.

 

As you have mentioned in your post that you have replaced the ink cartridge and then its printing the test page, the reason why you are having this issue is because once you replace the ink cartridges, you need to go ahead and align the printer, by doing this printer prints the alignment page first and then you would need to scan the alignment sheet to complete the process, If not the process will continue by itself.

 

Scan the alignment page to align the ink cartridges for the best print quality.

  1. Load the printer with paper, if it is not already loaded.

  2. After loading the paper, the printer automatically prints an alignment page.

       NOTE:

    The printer only prints an alignment page automatically when new ink cartridges are installed.

    • If the alignment page does not print and the error persists, service the printer.

    • If the error is resolved, continue with these steps to scan the alignment page.

  3. Lift the scanner lid.

  4. Place the alignment page with the print side down on the scanner glass, and then position it according to the engraved guides around the glass.

  5. Close the scanner lid.

  6. Press the Start Copy Black  or Start Copy Color  button on the printer control panel.

    The printer aligns the ink cartridges.

After aligning the ink cartridges, the printer is ready to print, copy, and scan.
