Hi Jabzi,
Thanks for your quick response. I have tried the steps in the link provided:
1. Made sure the print is ready
2. Reset the printing system
3. On trouble shooting: I am using a cable, but with the same cable I am able to scan documents from the same printer to the laptop. Therefore, I think the cable is working fine.
But the problem still persistent, I am still experiencing the same issue.
