Hp envy 5530 wont print anything that requires black ink

My go envy 5530 won’t print anything that has black ink, it prints color fine but not black, it isn’t the operative system because I’ve tried Mac OS, iOS, and windows, and it doesn’t even print any black ink when I print the alignment page. It’s also not the ink cartridge because I’ve tried 2 new ones. Thanks.
