I have two HP printers and neither one of them are working... I have had one since March and the other for three weeks...one is installed in instant ink and I have not received any cartridges... nor can I get any customer service to send me any... I have had nothing but printer problems since January.

I understand you have not received replacement ink cartridges from the instant ink team.

 

Could you brief me on the other issues you are facing?
