Hello, 
I purchased HP Ink Tank Wireless 415 last week and after printing 15 papers, It stopped working and every-time I try to print a new paper, I receive an error message says "Printer is in an error state".
Serial number: [Private information removed]

Product number: Z4B53A

Total ink used: 5 microliters

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

  • This condition occurs when there is no paper in the input tray. Load the printer with plain paper to resolve the issue. Raise the input tray. ... Load plain white paper into the input tray, slide the stack of paper down until it stops, and then slide the paper width guide against the edge of the paper.
