HP Color Laser MFP 178nw

The blue wireless light and orange bar light have started flashing on our printer and it does not switch on. I have tried switching mains on and off several times and restarting the router without success. I would be grateful for any ideas of anything else to try.

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Download the user manual. Pages 162 and 163 describe the status and wireless/power LED.
You have a problem with the wireless network.

You can find detailed help with this problem here.

 

Or has the printer location been changed?
Has the router been replaced?
Or were changes made, e.g. Toner?

 

Are there any information/errors shown on the display?
