Hello - I've tried all of the suggestions made. Problem is my printer is off-line. When I use the support tool, I get the message that everything is fine. When I'[ve printed a print quality report, all is get is 4 colored boxes plus black/grey box and below there are a blach line, 3 colored lines, a box with + in it, 3 colored lines with order exchanged and a black line. There is no writing or suggestions. The blue light on the printer is on and not blinking - the printer is connected to the network but is off-line. I can't understand how I can use the prnter part of the day and then for seemingly no reason (I'm not at the moment printing), I get the off-line message. I have done all of the steps the 2 (@Alewis324 and someone who is an employee) have suggested - I had run them before and then tried again this morning and nothing has worked. I've tried turning off the computer and the printer and restarting both - that hasn't worked. This problem has been occurring at least monthly - this last week it went to weekly and today it went daily (worked Friday but went off-line on Saturday). The last 2 times I was working on the computer and just got a message saying it was off-line. Thanks for you help - I hope you have more suggestions.
