Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7720 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

I have just purchased the hp officejet pro 7720 as I needed to print A3 from home. Set up went smoothly, and printing in A4 is absolutely fine. But when I try to print in A3 the ink cartridge chews up the paper and results in a jam. The paper is feeding in fine, as when I get it out the first few cm of the document is visible. But after that you can hear the paper getting chewed up! The settings are all correct and I've carefully cleaned it out after a jam each time. Please help!
