Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have a hp 8720 which works fine in the local network but also needed with a citrix connection to a a windows 7 client. There the hp8720 is not available and the it service does not give support. I tried the hp K8600 printer, but when sending a test page the printer  just "bumps" but does not print anything.  I read about trying 6940, but that one is not available.

any suggestion??
Fancy printing is not needed, "just"word, pdf etc.

thanks for help!

The Officejet Pro 8720 would be compatible with PCL3 or PCL3GIU drivers.  I do not know what printers the Citrix system supports, but I would suggest any of the following:

Officejet Pro 8600

Officejet Pro 8620

Deskjet 5600 series

Deskjet 6800 series

Deskjet 6980 series

Deskjet 990

Deskjet PCL3 class driver

Thank you for your help. Alas, the problem is not solved, the printer reacts with some internal movements, but no print is created. This is probably a citrix issue. so will have to search further in that area. Thanks, anyway
