Hey, my hp tango printer is bugging with the paper. When it trys to print the paper it gets skewed and and just stops. Have tried with diffrerent papers from quality thicker paper to the cheapest ones. Dont now what to do. Any suggestions ? Tryed to reset cant se anything that stops it inside and have only had it for 6 months. Best regards Lilli

I understand the printouts are skewed. Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:
Reset the printer
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
Update the printer firmware
Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your MAC.
Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - 'Out of Paper' Error, Printer Does Not Pick Up Paper
Clean the paper pick rollers as shown.
Make sure the papers are properly loaded. You may refer to - Loading Paper, Cards, Envelopes
