Product: Hp officejet 4632
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For some reason all of the buttons stopped working.  I did a full power reset based on the troubleshooting procedures.  The buttons worked for about 15 seconds and stopped working again.  You can print and scan via usb and wireless through the computer.  Is there a way to reset everything or reinstall the upgraded firmware to get things moving again?
