Hello I have an hp envy 6000. Brand new. It’s our second hp. Because we thought something was wrong with our first one and now I’m thing it’s an hp thing. We have a cricut and want to print stickers but there’s always an issue. It either gets jammed. Or only prints part of the stickers cutting off the rest. Tia is very upsetting it should not be this hard. We have customized size, and paper type and i don’t know what else and wasted a whole pack of paper doing so. Do I need to just return this thing and try a whole different brand? Let me know if any one know the magic wag that is not a huge hassle every time we go to print

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Make sure that this paper is meant to be used in inkjet printers.
- Is it peeling off sticker paper?
- Are you able to print on plain paper and other documents without it jamming?
- Which application are you printing from?
While you respond to that, refer to the Paper handling specification for your printer and try to match the paper type.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
