I HAVE HP OFFICE JET PRO 8710 ALL IN ONE SERIES PRINTER.  AFTER REPLACING WITH A NEW HP 952XL CARTRIDGE I AM STILL GETTING THE CARTRIDGE DEPLETED MESSAGE.  I HAVE UNPLUGED PRINTER AND IT DID NOT HELP.

I see that you have cartridge error on the printer after replacing the ink cartridge, this could be an issue with the ink cartridge or the printer ink system. Let us try to isolate and resolve the issue-

 

Try installing the old black ink cartridge and see if the error appears. If yes, I'd recommend you follow the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge to resolve the issue.

 

If the old ink cartridge does not give any error then it is an issue with the new ink cartridge. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the cartridge replacement.
