I have tried to connect my printer to the wifi through my laptop, but it says that the university wifi (eduroam) is not supported or words to that effect. I need to connect to the wifi so that I can sign up to automatically have ink posted to me when needed.
Please help asap, I don't know how long this ink will last me, I need my notes for my course!!

Sorry you will not be able to connect to your schools wifi as it uses Enterprise Authentication.
Read here on why you can't connect your wireless printer to a network requesting additional security and information (username and password). Instant Ink help here too.

No, a router will just pass the same User Name and Password info. You can either cancel Instant Ink, or try connecting about twice a month to a cell phone hot spot to see if that works.
But you will have to connect via USB cable to print or try Wireless Direct.

Do you mean that if I connected to the wifi through my phone and requested to print that it would work?
Can I print simply by using a cable or does the printer require wifi, because currently, it is not working for me?
