"I received an error message on my HP Officejet 8500A printer, which says that there is an issue with the KY printhead. Previously, I had dealt with printer alignment problems, which I resolved by manually cleaning the printhead using a printer cleaning kit and replacing all the ink cartridges. However, when I tried to replace the printhead to prevent future problems, the cartridge door got stuck as I forgot to close it. I fixed the issue by closing the cartridge door, but I am still unable to resolve the printhead problem. I can't use the printer as long as that error is present. Is there a reset button or factory reset option available? Also, the cartridges that I'm using are remanufactured and show as non-HP ink. Whenever I try to do anything with the printer, it shows as busy."
