I cancelled my ink suscription and now I can't print. The system printed a report saying I was unable to print until issue is resolved; to check my HP  account for more information but couldn't find any information.

I understand you are facing an Instant Ink issue with your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

When you cancel your subscription the cartridges in your printer need to be replaced with new retail cartridges. Cartridges supplied under the instant ink program only work while the printer is subscribed.
