HP Envy 110 e-All-in-One Printer D411
macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hi Community!

I have an old HP Envy 110 e-All-in-One Printer D411 (model number SNPRH-1101). It has worked perfectly for almost ten years and still does mechanically. However, when I tried to print today, I got the message that that one or more components in HPs printer software are damaged or missing and that I need to reinstall the printer drivers. But when I go into HP's website, the printer model doesn't seem to have any updated drivers for Catalina ( I have version 10.15.7). The last version is for Maverick. Is there any way I can solve the situation, or am I forced to buy a new printer?

I am grateful for any reply since I need the printer to may everyday work.

@Tomas_Falk, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

According to the printer specifications, this model printer is not compatible with macOS 10.15 and hence there are no drivers available for macOS 10.15 on the HP Support site.

However, as this printer is AirPrint compatible, let us try to install it using the Airprint driver:

Check for any software updates on MAC

Click the Apple icon > About This Mac > Software Update and install any available update.

1.) Click the Apple menu, click System Preferences, and then click Print & Scan or Printers & Scanners.

2.) Check if your printer name displays in the Printers list, If your printer is listed, click the printer name, click the minus sign to delete the printer.

3.) If you see multiple printer queues for the same printer, remove all extra printers by selecting them one at a time, and then clicking the minus button at the bottom of the list.

4.) Click the plus sign, click Add Printer or Scanner, click the printer name.

5.) Click the Use or Print Using menu, select AirPrint in the pop-up menu. Then click Add.

Select AirPrint from the Use menu

Note: Use Bonjour multifucntion.

6.) Try to print.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
