I cannot get my hp envy 7640 off printing double sided

I have the printer installed on a windows 10 and a windows 11 computer. On the windows 11 computer I was able to turn double-sided printing off but on the windows 10 computer when I try to turn it off I get a conflict with borderless printing, with this code 1284_CID_HPLJPDLCV3 and the setting reverts to the old setting.

Is there a driver conflict or firmware update that is needed? I can also upgrade to windows 11 if absolutely necessary.
