Lenovo X390I

I have trouble installing the HP Laser Jet Pro MFP M125 series printer to my Lenovo X390 laptop, the error

message : Network Product(s) Not Found. 

 

I run HP Print and Scan Doctor and it shows " My product is not Listed" even I turn my printer ON.

 

I use the HP Smart to try to install the printer and I got a message : " your printer has experienced an unexpected configuration problem. 0x80070709.

 

Any one can help with this issue? Thanks,

Lets try this, create a TCP IP port:

 

1. Print a Configuration Page to get the printer's IPv4 address (you can also tap on the wireless icon on the front panel of your Printer to get the IP address)

2. On your PC, go to Control Panel, from Devices and Printers, right-click the printer and left-click Printer Properties, select the Ports tab.

3. Click Add Port, select Standard TCP/IP Port, then select New Port and follow the wizard.

4. Type in the proper IP address for the printer.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's try to do a root uninstall and reinstall of the software:

 

Unplug any USB cable, if any, before doing this.

 

1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features

2.) Select your HP Printer

3.) Select Uninstall

4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers

5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose 'Delete' or 'Remove Device'

6.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.

7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)

8.) Click on the "Drivers" tab

9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom

10.) Select Ok

11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows

12.) Close Devices and Printers

13.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo

14.) Type c:/programdata and click Ok. Go to Hewlett Packard folder, remove any printer related folders & files.

15.) Restart the computer.

 

Once done, please download and install the software from here:

https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers

  • I tried with the below steps and  the same, I cant install the printer to my Lenovo X390. Any other suggestions.

  • The error states an issue with printer connectivity.
  • How is the printer connected to the PC?
  • Check the connection.

Let us check if the printer hardware is working fine. Try to make a copy on the printer using the scanner glass and check if that works.

Hi,

The printer connectivity is working fine as I can install the printer to other PCs  (Dell and Fujitsu )wth the same procedure.   Do you know if there is any conflict with Lenono X390 ?
