Error Message C9C70000 after changing approved ink cartridges and closing top. First, I received an error 0199CE7 stating that my printer was improperly shut off and to restart. It kept given the same error. I tried unplugging for a time and restarting and now I am getting a blue screen with an image of a power button and error code C9C70000. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. I understand you are receiving a "C9C70000" error on the printer screen.
Try the below suggestions-
Reset the product (do not skip any troubleshooting steps even if you feel steps are repeating)
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Also, try updating the printer's firmware -HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
