Envy 6075
Microsoft Windows 11

I have a USB connection and my printer started blinking. The tray light amber and the side corner flashing amber and the menu board was flashing E1. I replaced the black ink cartridge (the color cartridge is nearly full) but it still didn't fix it. I then did a hard reboot of my printer and restarted my laptop. Still error. I then uninstalled the printer and still error. Now I can't reinstall my printer because the set-up button does not put it in install mode.  Since I can't install it, I can't use the Print Doctor. I only have had this printer for two months and only use HP ink which I get through my free two years of free HP ink.

Don't worry! We are in your corner.

An E1 error indicates that the paper size setting does not match the paper size that is loaded. Cancel the print job and make sure the correct paper size is selected. Refer to the article: Blinking Lights and Error Codes By end the article you will be able to fix the issue.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
