can not connect the printer to my hunter alignment machine

I understand you are trying to resolve the issues with your HP Smart Tank 7301 All-in-One printer not printing alignment pages or connecting to your Hunter alignment machine, here are steps you can take:

 

Issue 1: Printer Not Printing Alignment Pages

Check the Paper and Ink Setup:

  • Ensure that the printer has paper loaded correctly in the input tray.
  • Verify that all ink tanks are filled to the proper levels and that the tank caps are tightly sealed.

Start the Alignment Process:

  • From the printer control panel, navigate to Setup > Tools > Align Printer.
  • Follow the on-screen prompts to initiate the alignment.

Update Printer Firmware: Update the firmware on an HP printer

  • Download and install the latest firmware for your printer from HP's support site.

Reset the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer, unplug it for a few minutes, and then reconnect it.
  • Retry the alignment process after restarting the printer.

Use HP Smart App:

  • If the alignment fails from the control panel, try aligning the printer through the HP Smart app on your computer or smartphone.

 

Issue 2: Printer Not Connecting to Hunter Alignment Machine
