Product: HP OfficeJet 5200 Series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I cannot print or copy in black and white. Color prints are OK. The ink supply is OK. I reinstalled the printer and used the HP Dr. and it scanned OK. Any thoughts on how to correct this?

When was the last time that you printed in black?
