Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a HP Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M176n printer, I want to print but the screen shows "Scanner error 22", I followed steps and watched videos on how to fix, but it still isn't working. How can I solve this issue?

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

 

I see that you are facing scanner issues with your HP Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M176n printer.

 

Please follow the steps listed below to reset the unit.

1. With printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
2. Unplug the power cord from the power source.
3. Wait 60 seconds.
4. Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
NOTE: HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
5. Turn the printer on.
