I have a HP Photosmart 6515 not printing. I have changed the ink and checked the connection. The signal is getting to the printer but when the paper comes out its blank>>??? Alignment? possibly? How do I fix that?

I see that the printer is printing blank sheets. Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:
Try making a standalone copy in black and color to check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
Use HP ink cartridges.
Check the ink levels and replace any low/empty ink cartridges.
Perform steps 4 and 5 from this document - Printer Prints a Blank Page or Does Not Print Black or Color Ink
Note: Clean the printhead up to 2 times.
Print and evaluate a Print Quality Diagnostic Report

From the control panel home screen, touch the Settings icon (
).

Touch Tools, and then touch Print Quality Report. The product prints a test page. (you can also find the Alignment option here- not required to perform)

Check the result.
