Model HP deskjet 4155e. Serial # [Personal Information Removed]. I changed toner cartridges a month ago. Now it always prints a color alignment page when you turn it on wasting a color page. How can I stop this? I tried the instructions for the alignment page.

Hi,

Can you see both Black, Cyan and Magenta on the printed alignment page?

 

Have you completed the alignment process by placing the printed page faced down on the flatbed glass and pressing the Copy button to complete the process following its printout?
