Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have a Hp cp5225 printer printing only in black and white on the machine if I command a demo page or a supply page no color is coming out I tried to install color cartridges it showed that genuine Hp cartridges installed 100% but still didn't print in color after some time it showed 0% for all 3 color cartridges even when the cartridges were at 100 % it didn't print color on demo and supply pages

What could be the problem

Hi REEVESRAY,

 

Please perform an engine test. You can do so by pressing and holding for a few seconds with a pointy object at a little hole that there is at the rear side of the printer. What are the results of the engine test page?

 

I would suspect a faulty HVPS, but reseating all the PCBs like formatter, DC controller, HVPS and ICB is always a good idea to do first.
