Hi @MGutierrez04

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand you're experiencing an issue with your HP device, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.

If the buttons surrounding the screen and the power button on your HP ENVY Photo 7155 are flashing, it typically indicates an error or issue with the printer. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot:

Power Cycle the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for about 60 seconds.
  • Plug it back in and turn it on.

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Open the printer and inspect for any paper jams or obstructions in the paper path. Clear any jams if found.

Check Ink Cartridges:

  • Ensure that the ink cartridges are properly installed and seated. Remove and reinsert them if necessary.
  • Check for any protective tape that may still be on the cartridges.

Reset the Printer:

  • You can try resetting the printer to its factory settings. Refer to the user manual for specific instructions on how to do this.

Check Connections:

  • Ensure all cables are securely connected. If you’re using a wireless connection, verify that the printer is connected to your Wi-Fi network.

Look for Error Messages:

  • If the printer has a display, check for any error messages or codes. Refer to the user manual or HP’s support website for more information on specific error codes.

Update Firmware:

  • Make sure the printer's firmware is up to date. You can check for updates on the HP support website. click here

I hope this helps! Keep me posted.
