I have cleaned the print head and followed all the steps.  I can’t get through to a human to order a print head  for a printer that’s only three years old? Are they expensive? Or should I just junk it and buy a new one.  Wasting a lot of time trying to do the right thing.  Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

If you have already performed the steps from the document  Printhead Errors and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
