Try these steps:
Restart the Printer:
- Turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord.
- Wait for about 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord and turn the printer back on.
Check Cartridges:
- Ensure that all ink cartridges are properly seated.
- Remove and reinstall the ink cartridges.
- Check for any ink residue or blockage in the cartridge bay and clean it carefully if necessary.
Printhead Cleaning:
- Access the printer settings through the control panel and navigate to 'Tools' or 'Printer Maintenance'.
- Select 'Clean Printhead' and follow the prompts.
Firmware Update:
- Ensure your printer firmware is updated to the latest version. You can usually find firmware updates on the HP Support Website.
