HP Deskjet 2655

Hi I have a HP Deskjet 2655, I went to the store and bought new ink both for colored and black ink. Nothing is still printing. I downloaded everyting that HP told me what to do and still nothing. When I tried it, the printer only printed these block pink and blue colors, and then I keep recieving a  Triangle with and exclamation mark in the middle in red, and says "Important"  I am not techhy savvy at all. I dont know why this printed out, but I cant print out any documents. I am so frustrated. I tried everyting. I wish I can find someone to do a remote and fix this. I have been trying every day for almost a week and still nothing. Can someome please help me as to why this is happening? Oh I did the reset of my internet connection, the plugging in and removing the connection from the back of the printer, I did the test cleaning of the printers, I did HP downloads, and still nothing.  I appreciate your help. Thank you

Hi,

 

Since you have installed new cartridges its has to be aligned and that the reason its printing you that page.

just refer to the below video, once the printer has printed a alignment page it has to be placed on the scanned bed and scanned.

watch it from 1:22 min and complete the alignment process and your issue will get resolved.
