Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have an HP Deskjet 2700 Series. Whenever I tried to print a document, it won't print and said that something went wrong when trying to print. Please check your printer and try again but did not tell what was the error. It was working well before and that started when I install both new ink. The ink installation were correct because when I'm using the copier the printer is working. What was wrong with my printer.

I understand your HP Deskjet 2700 Series printer stops printing from your computer but works fine as a copier, the issue could be related to several factors, such as driver problems, software conflicts, or connectivity issues.

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the problem:

1. Restart Devices

  1. Restart your printer: Turn it off, wait for a minute, and then turn it back on.
