Hi @Julzs_Newton,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

When all the lights on the printer are flashing and the buttons are unresponsive, it usually indicates an internal error or a hardware malfunction. Here are some steps you can take to try and resolve the issue.

  • Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for at least 30 seconds before plugging it back in and turning it on again.
  • If the issue persists, try resetting the printer to its default factory settings. You can do this by pressing and holding down the power button for 10-15 seconds.
  • Check to make sure that the printer cartridges are properly installed and that there are no paper jams or other obstructions inside the printer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
