When I print a file in Microsoft Excel the printer will print 4 copies regardless of the number put in to print.  You can change the amount to any number and 4 copies print.  It seems to be stuck on printing 4 copies.  Also does this on Word.

    read all informations "Expand all"
  5. Close all programs
  6. Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo > in the folder Downloads double-click on the Full_Webpack-46.4.2644-LJM14-M17_UWL_Full_Webpack.exe
