Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 All-in-One Printer

Printer errors: printer not shut off properly, printer maintenance runs and then get a false paper jam error, then message saying printer failure. Unable to print or make copies. I've tried turning on and off multiple times, unplugging printer amd plugging back in, holding the power button down for more than 16 seconds, nothing is working
