Product: HP Deskjet 2542
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Our electricity went out and now my printer is flashing on every button and in the little screen it is just showing a big"E". I have tried everything to fix the problem but nothing seems to work. The ink cartridges are brand new, so I know that isn't the issue. I need my printer, please help.
