HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

HP officeJet Pro 8028e all-in-one printer will not print.

I've followed the instructions instructions on clearing the printer.  The print head moves and there

is nothing jamming the print head. Recycled the printer by unplugging power cord and waiting 60 seconds.

Problem did not go away. What else should be done?
