Deskjet 2655

Please let me know the reason for unnecessary charges to my credit card every month.

I had Hpdeskjet 2624 printer when I bought and sign up for hpink at $2.99/month plan.

After 5-6 month the printer had a problem and HP replaced the printer as Hpdeskjet 2655 now I changed the instant ink plan to free.

But I am charged for both the $2.99 plan and free plan for more than 10 pages every month.

Please cancel the older plan and refund my money paid towards the older plan($2.99)

Hey there! @Nareshsnk, Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Community!

“Your Instant Ink account page has data on past deliveries and estimated shipments.  It also helps you understanding what state your cartridges are in based on HP’s data.  Any issues will be shown with steps to fix.  Please check your account page to see the latest cartridge information by signing into your account at “instantink.com”.

The HP Instant Ink billing cycle begins on the day you insert your first HP Instant Ink cartridges in your enrolled printer. Your credit or debit card is billed 30 days after you insert your first HP Instant Ink cartridges. For example, if you insert HP Instant Ink cartridges on February 5, the billing cycle begins on February 5 and ends on March 4. The first credit or debit card charge is applied on March 5. The billing date cannot be changed, and the monthly fee is charged on the same day each month while you are enrolled.

My problem is not solved.  As I have free plan why I am getting charged?

If I am paying $2.99 / month why I am getting charged for taking more than 15 pages/ month.  Please  help me to stop payment or cancel my hp instant ink account ASAP.

@Nareshsnk,

Once you upgrade the plan you cannot downgrade the plan again.

If you have to downgrade the plan to a 15-page free plan, you need to contact us or HP instant ink team, Only we can change the plan for you.

However, it sounds the plan didn't get changed for you so you are being billed $2.99/month.

If you like me to change or downgrade the plan to a free plan. Please share us few details through a private message.

So I can check the account details and downgrade the plan for you.
