Product: HP Officejet 6600
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For the past 4 days i keep getting a 'missing or undetectable printheads' error. So i take out the ink cartridges and proceed to clean as outlined in a pdf found on HP website. It was then i noticed the black ink sprayed all over the right side of the inside. Directly behind the display panel. 

Now what? Obviously that ink is NOT supposed to be there. What does this mean? How did iot happen and how can i fix it?

This is hardware concern, Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
