Product: ENVY 4522

My printer keeps showing Incompatible cartridge error. I’ve unplugged, restarted, cleaned the cartridges etc. Everything I can think to do.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

If you've another set of ink cartridges, do try that and see if you still get the error message.
