I lost my color instant ink cartridge. How can I get it replaced?

I am enrolled in the instant ink program. I was mailed both black and color replacement cartridges several months ago. I just replaced my black cartridge, but for the life of me I cannot find the color cartridge. How can I get a new replacement cartridge?
